From beginning to end we had a great window experience. We had some windows that were falling apart and others that looked like they were frosted and all long overdue for replacement.
Started with George who introduced the company and products and gave us our estimate. We wanted to see the the prices for a few color choices so it took a little bit. We did our mandatory shopping around and comparing other companies but eventually placed our order because we felt it was a better product for the price and we got a good vibe from George and Mana, one of the owners.
Our order got held up in the factory due to materials not being available but Mana kept us informed. He also added us to his phone contacts so that whenever I called, he greeted me by name. Granted small thing but meaningful if you’re looking for customer service since there is a double lifetime warranty on their product line.
Our 21 windows and sliding door got delivered by a couple big bruddahs with no damage yesterday. Anthony and his crew of 8 showed up the same time and did some damage to get it all installed in one day. At one point I was a little concerned since all my old windows were in the junk pile and nothing was installed. But they easily finished in a few more hours and we were enjoying some cool beverages and poke in our garage admiring their work and our new windows.
Had small kine problem with some of the locks but Preston came out first thing this morning, corrected those and replaced a couple of screens that came damaged from the factory.
We’ll have to see how well the windows do over time but the company is good to go and I would happily recommend them.
